About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Five Arrows Construction Ltd. as a key member of our site operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as required.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors.
  • Support Services: Assist medical examiners and other personnel as needed.
  • Construction Support: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
  • Earthwork and Grading: Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable construction site.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Tend to or feed machines and equipment used in construction to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Work Schedule: Work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
  • Language: English is the primary language used on site.
