About the Role

Tzaad Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as required.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Material Handling: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a variety of locations, including construction sites.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Manual dexterity, ability to handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. You will be required to work on-site and may be required to travel to various locations.
