About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Egg Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation

Ensure that food is prepared and portioned according to our high standards, and that our staff are trained in the latest food safety and sanitation procedures.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide guidance and support to our kitchen staff, and help them to develop their skills and knowledge in food preparation and presentation.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and usage.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, and make recommendations for improvement.

Prepare Reports and Summaries

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and at least 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficiency in point of sale systems and other relevant software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
