Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of our mining operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize production.
- Leadership and Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate a team of staff to ensure the successful execution of our mining operations.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement plans to achieve production targets, ensuring that all necessary resources are allocated effectively.
- Advisory Role: Provide expert advice to senior management on matters related to mining operations, including safety, productivity, and cost management.
- Operational Excellence: Recommend changes to ensure that production quotas and procedures are met, and that our operations are aligned with industry best practices.
- Personnel and Equipment Management: Determine the adequacy of personnel, equipment, and technologies used for operations, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure that operations are running efficiently and effectively.
