Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and optimize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Lead and manage a team of mining and petroleum technicians and operators
- Develop and implement operational plans and procedures
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- 5+ years of experience in mining and petroleum operations, with a strong background in leadership and management
- Proven track record of success in optimizing operations and improving productivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
