About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Pizza Pizza New West. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas and other menu items to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including pizzas, salads, and other menu items.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
