We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pizza Chef to join our team at Queensboro Pizza Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and other menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Staff Development: Identify areas for improvement and provide training and support to help staff develop their skills and knowledge.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
