Personal Support Worker - Italian Speaking

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Support Worker to join our team at ComForCare Home Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and homemaker/companion services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with medication management and provide companionship and respite services to clients and their families.
  • Perform homemaking activities, such as cleaning, laundry, and light housekeeping.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent certificate.
  • Successful completion of a Provincial-approved Certified Personal Support Worker course.
  • At least six months experience as a PSW (in homes or facilities).
  • Be listed in good standing on the Province's Caregiver Registry.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
