Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visually engaging and brand-consistent graphics and short-form videos for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create diverse marketing materials such as banners, flyers, brochures, infographics, and email templates.
  • Design logos, establish brand identities from the ground up, and refresh existing designs.
  • Maintain uniformity in brand messaging and visual identity across all design initiatives.
  • Oversee multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and compliance with deadlines.
  • Stay informed about design trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Contribute to the development of social media content strategies and provide creative ideas for engaging material.
  • Produce video content for social media utilizing video editing software.
  • Employ the latest AI tools in design to enhance the quality and efficiency of graphic production.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a marketing or social media-oriented role.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of design projects, particularly in social media graphics.
  • Thorough understanding of social media platforms and their specific design needs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently manage projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sensibility.
  • Basic knowledge of social media content creation and copywriting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey creative concepts clearly.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the latest AI design tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Sensei) and their application in the creative process.
