Mechanical Systems Engineer

Racar Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in mechanical systems.
- Design and develop mechanical systems, including power plants, machines, and equipment.
- Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures.
- Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems.
- Develop maintenance standards, schedules, and programs.
- Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems.
- Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost, and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for machinery and systems.
- Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for industrial construction or maintenance.
- Supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers, and review and approve designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
- Assess business opportunities and develop strategies.
- Develop risk management plans.
- Lead and instruct groups.
- Commission systems and components.
- Utilize 3D printing technology.
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work Environment:Supervision: 5-10 people
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
