Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Specialist to join our team at WheatCity Mobile Mart. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide on-site customer service and support to resolve technical issues
  • Test and maintain telecommunications systems to ensure they are functioning correctly
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Work Environment

As a Cellular Network Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to work on-site at various locations, testing and repairing telecommunications equipment as needed.
