Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Telephone Service Technician to join our team at WheatCity Mobile Mart. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our wireless network and telecommunications equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide on-site customer service to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Equipment Testing and Repair: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and internal staff to resolve technical issues and improve network performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecommunication systems and computer networks.
