Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Telephone Technician to join our team at WheatCity Mobile Mart. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing telecommunications equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our wireless network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide on-site customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Testing and Repair: Conduct thorough testing and repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of telecommunication systems, including network architecture and protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
