This well-established real estate brokerage is a leader in the Canadian market, handling over $300 million in commissions annually. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment where precision is paramount.

Role Overview:
As a Deal Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing commission disbursements to real estate professionals. Candidates should possess industry experience, strong numerical skills, exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. A collaborative spirit and the willingness to adhere to instructions are essential for success within the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage real estate transaction processes, including the creation of trade record sheets and deal finalization.
  • Prepare and issue commission invoices.
  • Engage in correspondence with real estate agents and brokerages.
  • Handle Accounts Payable for real estate agents and facilitate AP payments.
  • Oversee distribution payments to all involved parties, including brokers, agents, and legal representatives.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies through information collection and analysis.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Lone Wolf software is mandatory.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding communication abilities.
  • Capable of thriving under tight deadlines and pressure.
