Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including commission payments and refunds.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts and transactions.
  • Provide timely and effective customer service to agency partners and internal teams.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and journal entry postings.
  • Perform other ad hoc projects and assignments as required by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Fast learner and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English skills (written and oral).
  • Extremely detail-oriented and customer service-oriented.
  • Good understanding and use of financial and operating systems.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
