The Warehouse Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada. This position is responsible for managing a team of frontline unionized employees, including Order Pickers and Forklift Operators, to meet customer needs and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and Quality Control protocols
• Building team capability through hiring, training, and on-boarding unionized front-line hourly personnel
• Executing the Warehouse Annual Operating Plan
• Applying critical thinking and troubleshooting techniques to solve operational challenges
• Managing performance standards through active coaching, effective communication, and building of team relationships
• Understanding and transferring warehouse operations knowledge to others, including resource requirements, layout, route/bulk/transport loading, settlement, and Department Of Transportation (DOT) regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods or a related industry preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), and excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to adapt and learn as required by the business
• Previous experience leading in a unionized environment is an asset
• Hands-on experience in implementing operational processes is an asset
