We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our night shift team, you will be responsible for guiding productivity and work distribution of the night shift staff, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct night shift staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Oversee warehousing protocols, inventory management, and food handling compliance.
- Ensure all operational requirements are met, including Point of Sale and system operation, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Grocery Manager to develop and implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- 1-2 years' experience in a retail and/or customer service environment in a supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Organized and dependable, with a focus on achieving results and meeting goals.
- Able to lift 50lbs or greater.
