What you’ll do:
In conjunction with the Grocery Manager, the Night Supervisor is responsible for guiding productivity and work distribution of the night shift staff including merchandising, stocking, customer service, housekeeping and maintenance at the Food Store. Key responsibilities are but not limited to:
Acts as the person in charge of any operational requirements including training and direction of staff, Point of Sale and system operation, equipment operation. Oversees warehousing protocols and inventory management. Ensures food handling compliance, safety, sanitization, and all inspections and reporting are completed as required Leads staff to follow, display and maintain local and central promotions as directed by Manager. Ensures compliance by staff with performance and operation standards and provides performance feedback and coaching. Responsible to provide information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers.Why it matters:

Who you are:
