- Conduct repairs or replacements of shingles and shakes on sloped roofs.
- Maintain and repair single-ply roofing systems.
- Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or masonry surfaces, both above and below ground.
- Install and repair metal roofing using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Capability to handle heavy loads exceeding 45 kg (100 lbs).
- Willingness to work overtime and perform repetitive tasks.
