Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Operating Agency.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, assigning duties, teaching interest or professional development courses, and resolving issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Teach interest or professional development courses
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
