Program Development Assistant

About the Role
As a Program Development Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of innovative programs within our organization. Working closely with the Provincial Advisor, you will contribute to a dynamic team environment focused on enhancing program accessibility and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on funding opportunities available in Canada and internationally.
- Analyze and refine existing programs to ensure optimal impact and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate program information through regular updates and documentation.
- Explore innovative strategies to improve program accessibility for the public.
- Filter and analyze data to support performance evaluations and program effectiveness assessments.
- Contribute to the maintenance of financial and program databases with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English or French is essential.
- Demonstrated research skills and analytical abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Experience with various software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong personal motivation, teamwork orientation, and commitment to accuracy.
