About the Role

As a Program Development Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of innovative programs within our organization. Working closely with the Provincial Advisor, you will contribute to a dynamic team environment focused on enhancing program accessibility and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on funding opportunities available in Canada and internationally.
  • Analyze and refine existing programs to ensure optimal impact and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate program information through regular updates and documentation.
  • Explore innovative strategies to improve program accessibility for the public.
  • Filter and analyze data to support performance evaluations and program effectiveness assessments.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of financial and program databases with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English or French is essential.
  • Demonstrated research skills and analytical abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Experience with various software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong personal motivation, teamwork orientation, and commitment to accuracy.
