The Wealth Management Associate Program

This is a 5-month salaried program designed to develop sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role. The program focuses on building a foundation for success centered on developing core financial planning skills and complementary client discovery skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide financial planning and advice to clients to help them achieve their financial objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate or master's degree by June 2025, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong aspiration to build a career in a Wealth Advisory role.
  • Curious, competitive, and critical thinking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
  • Strong self-awareness and ability to seek feedback to leverage opportunities.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
