About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Sixteen Nine Enterprises Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, maintain sales records for inventory control, and prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, with the ability to work varied shifts and meet changing customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
