Job Title: Maintenance Planning Engineer
As a Maintenance Planning Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the management of spare parts while collaborating closely with the local Maintenance Team and Manufacturing Engineers. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Applying industry best practices and innovative solutions
- Gathering and interpreting OEE data along with key performance indicators for daily TPM activities
- Leveraging CMMS D7i software tools to streamline maintenance operations
- Coordinating with the local Maintenance team to ensure compliance with action plans and maintenance standards
- Scheduling predictive and preventive maintenance tasks for manufacturing machinery and processes
- Establishing and upholding technical standards
- Engaging in successful audits pertaining to EAM processes
To excel in this position, candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, ideally within the automotive sector, and demonstrate:
- In-depth knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
- Awareness of regulatory requirements for the operation and upkeep of manufacturing equipment
- Expertise in MS Office, CMMS, and Minitab software
- Strong proficiency in the English language
