Job Title: Maintenance Planner Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner Engineer to join our team at Kautex. As a Maintenance Planner Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) standard in our facility.
  • Support spare parts management in collaboration with the local Maintenance Team and Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Execute training sessions for team members on the use of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
  • Implement best practices and solutions to improve maintenance processes.
  • Collect and correlate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data and key metrics for use in TPM daily activities.
  • Utilize CMMS D7i software tools to drive global standardization within maintenance processes.
  • Work with the local Maintenance team to ensure action plans and timelines are met, standards are kept, and developed further.
  • Support and interact with manufacturing teams to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Be responsible for the daily planning of predictive/preventative maintenance activities for all manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Verify and execute all TPM objectives.
  • Ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
  • Develop and implement and maintain technical standards.
  • Be responsible for successful IATF and local departmental audits relating to all aspects of the EAM processes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 or more years' experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Manufacturing experience is required.
  • Detailed knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • General knowledge of legal requirements relative to all aspects of operating/maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), CMMS, and Minitab.
  • English speaking and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean tools TPM, 6S, A3, PDCA.
