Position Overview

The Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the sales operations within Asian Food World. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Directly supervise a team of 3-4 sales associates, ensuring effective task delegation and performance monitoring.

  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges promptly.
  • Work Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to optimize staff productivity.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' contributions and areas for improvement.
Work Environment

This role is set in a fast-paced retail environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. The position involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the expectation of standing for extended periods.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
