Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Quik Chek Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage Inventory: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask.
