About the Role:

The Product Data Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of product data submitted by vendors. This includes translating product data fields to French for bilingual operations and supporting Product Data Analysts with data reviews. The role also entails logging, tracking, and resolving data-related issues following established escalation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validating and maintaining product data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with product data governance standards
  • Translating product data fields to French to support bilingual operations
  • Supporting Product Data Analysts with product data reviews to enhance data quality
  • Assisting in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency with data governance standards
  • Logging, tracking, and resolving data-related issues, following established escalation procedures
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in product data coordination, preferably in a retail environment
  • College diploma or relevant experience in product data management or a related field
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Team player able to build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders such as Merchandising, Information Technology, Supply Chain, and other business teams
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, exceptional attention to detail, and a demonstrated track record of managing tasks concurrently within tight timelines
