Job Summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a skilled Production Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production group, you will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to maintain an OEE level at or above 85%.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the production group to ensure efficient equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Conduct thorough safety inspections and ensure compliance with OH&S procedures.
  • Work a shift pattern that includes nights, afternoons, and weekends, and be flexible to work in all functional areas.
  • Operate and maintain various equipment, including forklifts, blow/fillers, labelers, and palletizers.
  • Respond to and correct operational issues, including elementary maintenance and adjustments.
  • Carry out AM checks and escalate predictive failures to relevant stakeholders.
  • Execute hand palletizing or manual tasks as machines go down.
  • Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.
  • Effectively enter downtime into EIT and provide accurate records.

Requirements

  • Form 6 pass
  • Trade qualification in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years equivalent work experience in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive manufacturing background, especially in bottling environments with technical experience.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Valid group 9 driving license
