Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Gate of India Cochrane Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team, developing menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of food quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices to continuously improve our menu offerings and kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
