Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to sales associates, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to excel in their roles.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and processing inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure all store operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, and assist in conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4-5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a cannabis retail environment.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possess or ability to obtain Cannabis Retail Manager License from AGCO within the first month of employment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong time management and prioritization skills, and knowledge of the cannabis industry and its policies and laws.
