Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at TransportCity Service Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, determining food portion sizes, and planning menus.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Plan and estimate food requirements for special events and daily operations.
- Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including special meals for patients with dietary restrictions.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in a clean and appealing manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
