Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Synergy Pharmaplus Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring the effective implementation of organizational policies and programs, and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and delegate authority to middle managers and executive staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
