Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Synergy Pharmaplus Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business growth.
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies to drive business success.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to support business growth.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
