Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Synergy Pharmaplus Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively. This includes allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • $100,001 - $500,000 budgetary responsibility
