Job Title: Supervisor, Commercial Security Officers

ONTARIO SKYJUMP INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Commercial Security Officers to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our commercial security officers and ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Supervise and Train: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact when needed to handle emergency situations.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, and ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Security Guard License.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
