Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Elite Canada Security Inc.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and employees.
  • Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security needs are met and that all security protocols are followed.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Respond to emergency situations and take charge of security operations as needed.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
  • Permanent employment with 32 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting and standing positions.
