We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Wealth Management team at Royal Bank of Canada. Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and efficient service to clients, advisors, and internal partners through various communication channels.
- Support the Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, including client account management and maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of client reviews and presentations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Request and obtain necessary information and documentation from clients to facilitate account opening and maintenance.
- Monitor and follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of pending transfers and transactions.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, with a focus on proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to provide world-class client service, with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in the wealth management industry, with a strong understanding of financial services and regulations.
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures, with a strong understanding of our business operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities industry, with a proven track record of success.

The expected base salary range for this position is $37,500 - $45,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status. You also have the potential to earn significantly more through our robust discretionary bonus program, which rewards individual and team performance.
