How You'll Succeed in This Role:

  • You will leverage RBC's extensive resources and expertise to create customized financial plans and investment strategies for your clients.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • You will foster long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • You will collaborate with other RBC professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and integrated financial advice.

A Few Key Requirements:

  • You will have 4-6 years of experience in a sales or financial services role, with a proven track record of success.
  • You will have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent, and have a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • You will possess a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
  • You will have excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of advanced certifications such as the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
