Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with personal banking products, practices, and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the branch customer experience through continuous learning and process improvement.
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is desirable.
  • High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers, and how each can best serve customers' individual needs.
  • Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
  • Aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
