Job Summary

Hamilton Health Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor, Financial Services to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Services department, you will play a critical role in providing financial guidance and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and planning support to senior leadership and program teams
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on healthcare or a related industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel and financial planning software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional designation in accounting or finance (e.g. CPA, CFA)
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as financial planning and analysis (FP&A) systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
  • Experience working in a teaching hospital or academic environment
