- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Establish work schedules, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
