About the Position
As a Risk Management Specialist, you will report directly to the Manager of Insurance and Risk Management. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and manage potential risks to safeguard the Province and its associated entities. This role encompasses the administration of insurance policies, the analysis of claims history, and the formulation of strategies aimed at risk reduction. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in business administration along with pertinent experience in risk management.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, complemented by professional designations such as CIP, CAIB, or CRM. A comprehensive understanding of insurance and risk management regulations is essential, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
