Recreation Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreation Supervisor to join our team at Inspine Therapy. As a Recreation Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our recreation programs, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standard and meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff
Supervise and manage a team of professional staff, program leaders, and instructors to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently to deliver our recreation programs.
Administrative TasksPerform a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting, to ensure that our programs are running smoothly and efficiently.
Program DevelopmentDevelop and implement new recreation programs and services that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
CommunicationCommunicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders to ensure that our programs are meeting their needs and expectations.
Requirements- Education
College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as recreation, leisure studies, or a related field.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a recreation or leisure services setting, or equivalent experience.
LanguageFluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Work Hours30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied hours as required.
