Recreation Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreation Supervisor to join our team at Inspine Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising professional staff, program leaders, and instructors, as well as performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of staff members to deliver high-quality recreation programs and services.
- Develop and implement program plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with community partners to promote recreation programs and services.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recreation or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
