Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of staff members to deliver high-quality recreation programs and services.
- Develop and implement program plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with community partners to promote recreation programs and services.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in recreation or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
