Job Summary

Miraj Restaurant is seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to guests, answering questions and providing information about food and beverage options.
  • Order Taking and Communication
    • Take orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
    • Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that guests have a positive dining experience, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity throughout the shift.
    • Stand for extended periods, moving quickly and efficiently to meet the needs of guests.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Fast-paced environment.
    • Standing for extended periods.
    • Work Term: Permanent.
    • Work Language: English.
    • Hours: 35 hours per week.
