About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Intelligence Senior Insights Analyst to join our Strategy, Design, and Delivery team. As a key member of our Claims department, you will leverage data and analytics to drive profitable growth and support business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated, interactive dashboards to enable powerful data exploration and proactive self-serve analytics.
  • Optimize the data pipeline by improving existing scripts and data update processes.
  • Provide data support for stakeholder initiatives, consolidating analytical and data requirements, and determining the best way to collect and aggregate data.
  • Respond to ad-hoc insights requests from stakeholders, presenting data in a simple and usable way to inform decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics and visualization, helping to align analysts on best practices and improve existing scripts and reports.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Education in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data with high accuracy and coordinate various priorities under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives and projects from beginning to end.
  • Demonstrated experience in using data to tell a story and influence business decisions.
