Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming industrial machinery, developing human-machine interfaces, and integrating motion control solutions. The successful candidate will be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends in industrial automation and have a solid understanding of PLC integration, sensor applications, and machine interface protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation solutions for industrial machinery
- Design and control servomotors and integrate multi-axis motion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and motion control

Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or a related field
- Strong understanding of PLC integration, sensor applications, and machine interface protocols
- Experience with industrial communication and data collection from systems such as sensors, controllers, and industrial systems
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and highlight problems to help find solutions

Assets:
- Experience in Advanced Manufacturing disciplines, including Smart Factory, Robotics, and precision motion control
- Familiarity with designing and controlling servomotors and integrating multi-axis motion
- Relevant experience in precision motion and positioning control
