Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Documentation Coordinator to join our team. As a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our custom-built integrated manufacturing systems, machinery, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assemble engineering specifications, drawings, and schematics for as-built project documentation requirements.
  • Develop and produce Operations & Maintenance manuals and related technical documentation for as-built integrated machinery & equipment.
  • Create Part IDs, Bill of Materials, Routings, and Production Orders in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.
  • Collaborate with Project Leaders, Engineers/Designers, Project Managers, Testing, and Operations team members to develop, produce, and maintain accurate engineering and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and policies as outlined in the Company Health & Safety Manual.
Requirements
  • Highly attentive to technical specifications and details, ensuring accuracy and applicability of information.
  • Ability to utilize 3D CAD parametric design software, ERP applications, and suite of Microsoft applications.
  • Able to correctly specify materials, technical processes, and machine functions and operations.
Working Conditions

The physical working condition is typical of an office and manufacturing environment that contains noise, dust, and fumes along with long periods of desk and computer work.
